My experience with Carol Ann was beyond perfection. All I had to do was send her a couple pictures of my living room & dining room, tell her about any colors I preferred, and give her an idea of what style I was going for. In no time at all, she had virtually put together the most amazing version of my living & dining room I could have imagined. She included links to where I could find just about everything, along with the prices of those items, and DIY’s I could utilize to save money. Her prowess for decorating and organizing is unsurpassed. I am sticking to exactly what she put together for me, and slowly decorating my rooms with her brilliant ideas. I can not recommend Carol Ann highly enough. She is the absolute Queen of decorating. Thank you so much, Carol Ann!
SHE CAN DO ANYTHING! I had a house sit on the market for nearly 4 months with no offers, she came in, staged it for me and within a week it was under contract. She has worked side by side with contractors during remodels and renovations creating the home of my dreams over and over again as my tastes have changed. Her eye for design is amazing, having sent her one poorly taken photo of a room I liked she created my dream house from floor to ceiling.
The thing I appreciate more than anything else is her ability to anticipate your needs. It's like she just knows how your needs will change in the future and sets a plan for it one day
I have utilized Carol Ann in two aspects. She staged my home, making my 4000 square foot house feel welcoming and appealing with her personal touches and reorganization of my own items. How good was she? The first couple that saw my house fell in love with my home, made an offer and I closed on the house within 30 days!
The other project she spearheaded for me was a large destination birthday party for my 50th. From A to Z she handled the details creating such a lavish and beautiful party over a 3-day weekend which turned out to be one of the happiest times of my life.
She handled flawlessly, Save the Date Cards, secured the venues, the wine tours, picnic lunches, lavish dinners, a gorgeous cake, gift bags for the guests, van transportation to and from the airport and for the winery tours … all over a 3 day weekend for 35 people. No easy feat but she stayed organized, communicated with me at each point and was hands on to run this celebration from start to finish creating a spectacular weekend experience. My guests still talk about this event.
